Many people know that using performance enhancing drugs such as Testosterone and Growth Hormone during puberty can enhance facial features, and attractiveness, increase height, and give a more masculine appearance.

The Question I have is: Is it worth it to use steroids to get these benefits? Do you end up aging your body too much? Do you harm your organs or heart to the point where it is not worth it?

Are you only asking about steroid usage in young teens or are you asking if you should take them as an adult?

HGH is mainly for very young children, and it may work if you're teen and your growth plates have not closed. As an adult or someone whose growth plates have closed, it's not going to benefit you aesthetically really.

I find testosterone to be the best when you compare the benefits vs the cons. I think in most cases taking testosterone would be worth it to you, regardless of age, but it would only benefit you if you made other changes in life. It doesn't make sense to take steroids if you don't plan on working out, as an example, as the 'masculine appearance' side effect is not always attractive and will depend on your genetics.
