Is running the only type of cardio that works for hollow/lean face?

Is running the only type of cardio that works for hollow/lean face?
Even tho I breathe only with my nose I still feel off
Walking, biking, stairs

I already do walking...my phone counts my steps. I naturally walk 10k-20k steps a day
Idk if having to get to the 3rd floor for like 8 times a day counts as an activity tho

Whatever type of cardio you like and stick to it long term for results

I feel like throwing up despite not eating 2hrs prior
Other types of cardio can be done tbh

type of cardio dont rlly matter tbh, do whatever u like and r willing to stick to
if its burning calories and making u sweat it will help w losing weight and debloating

Well what i do right now doesn't make me sweat...
 
Any type of cardiovascular exercise

Except swimming because for whatever reason the water bloats your face
Obviously in pools because of chlorine and other chemicals

But in lakes and other bodies of water too it’s the same
