starving yourself feels good tbh

bonesmashing feels good and its a looksmaxx

cutting urself feels good

Gymceling = damaging your muscles so they regrow bigger (aka self harm)

dermarolling

what do u think tbh ? ?

Legit ngl, Humans are supposed to be taking hits constantly from enviroment and animals etc. but dont anymore so boxxing or running into walls os legit in modern life

Dermarolling is useless, n it ain't doing anything, i've been using. All i can say it's trash

As a personal trainer I can tell you tgat starving yourself (sub 1600cal) would do more harm than good , and no hyperthrophy is induced in muscle truama, nor EMS . train and eat smart if you want your body to look good.

i just hit myself with a metal rod tbh

Still trash, 1.0mm cannot be used to face nour to your under'eye area because you are gonna permanently injure yourself, i still have scars from .3 mm dermaroller
you probably used a dermarollar with metal blades, not needles

you need a derma pen
