I recently started skipping breakfast and doing a fasted workout first thing in the morning and I have noticed I have a lot more energy for the rest of the day. I also heard that we as humans were not meant to eat first thing after waking up and that skipping b-fast helps in burning body fat. Are there any benefits to skipping or is it just a placebo effect.

I try to go to bed early but sometimes I am out late
Personallt i have a tiny breakfast and proper dinner when i cut but if u skip breakfast and stop eating past a certain time it can have the same effect

just run for fucks sake... 1 hour of running = 350-1500 kcals burned depending on how many breaks you take.... and the more often you run the better you get at it.

put the threadmill on an 15° incline, start a movie on your phone and run like a mofo.

It doesn’t do shit unless you make it count by tracking your macros and making them add up for lunch and dinner, so just track your macros and don’t “fast” lol

fasting is dogshit, just eat muscle meat only if ur trying to cut fat
People will rather starve themselves, develop eating disorders or try extreme diets instead of... I don't know, burn those calories like the "cavemen" used to....so by exercising.

When I used to weight 56kg my daily caloric intake was over 4k kilocals because I was more active, now that I'm 72.5kg, so 30% heavier my caloric intake is 2.9k kilocalories on a bulk, simply because I don't go out running anymore.

Guys just do some exercise if you wanna lose weight, you don't have to starve yourselves.

Skipping dinner is ideal because you go to sleep soon after

Skipping breakfast while you work is terrible imo

I do high intensity weight lifting 3-5 times a week I just don't do a whole lot of cardio (other than footy every Tuesday and Thursday)

fasting isnt a good way to loose fat, if you want to loose it slowly then eat the same thing you usually do in smaller quantities. If you want to loose it quickly, then do a workout routine or go on big walks daily to burn more calories than you consume

Hell no. Eat breakfast, and then take supper rarly to harbor the benefits of fasting. You need energy diring the day, and in my experience, I do gymnastics better with breakfast on my back, and probably other things. Just eat healthy to cut fat, and do pushup, pullup & lay in sofa moving legs up & down. Also do stretching for stronger overall.
