Do you guys think it's worth getting surgery for minimal ratio change?
I would get themto correct small flaws not big flaws?
Like alarplasty for the nose to skew the mouth-to-nose ratio from 1.47 to 1.5-1.6, it would be a reduction by a maximum of 4mm.
Same with chin-to-philtrum ratio, mine is around 2.3 and I've seen people say 2.27 is optimal, others say 2.5, is a slight lip lift even worth it?
This would change my midface, is it worth trading for a better ratio?

Also about facial thirds, what are the optimal ratios for men?
33.3/33./33.3, 33/33/34 or even 31/33/36(face iq's ratios)?

only people who know ratio (that I know):

2.3 chin to philtrum is perfect. Don’t change that.
I feel like in the cases you present, they’re not really worth it.
And for more invasive surgeries like obo, it’s never worth it imo.
Other users are prob more knowledgeable tho.

Focus on big flaws first.

On my scale from T1 perfect ideal to T2 Ideal is a jump of 0.3%± harmony. Not that much of difference. I don't think the ROI is worth it. You may get something more ideal, but it can screw with other ratios.
I agree with FaceIQ on that one 36-33-31.

Thank you, I guess I only get alarplasty then because I don't think it can screw up any ratios

I appreciate you guys taking the time to write this
