is starvemaxxing for just 2/3 month’s dangerous?

by starvemaxxing i mean like 800 calories a day, my maintenance is around 2000
yes it absolutely is, consult with a doctor before hand, if your are going to do it just starve maxx but with more margin 200-300 calories of your maint seems to do the trick most of the times.
 
Yeah, if you rlly wanna lost it fast you can starvemaxx but eat protein. Find out your body fat % and eat your lean mass in protein

My lean mas is 100ishlbs so I eat around 100g of protein and then nothing else which adds up less than 800 cals a day
 
I done 7 days of having a 20 min gap to eat then not eating for the remaining 23 hours 40 mins I lost so much fat
 
the main issue that you should avoid is having an electrolytic imbalance, and in general they can be a looksmin so it is not a good investment do 1800 to 1600, as an electrolytic imbalance carries on having more lymphatic liquid buildup through out your life and a general shitty heart so i do not recommend.
 
the problem is that my face is chubby i’m bmi 21 but my chubby face is one of my biggest flaws

What you want me to do longer I was only getting in like 1k calories and I’m 6’3 97kg at 15 percent body fat so that’s nothing for me

you can reasonably bump it up to about 1,200 1,400 kcal/day, add some walking.

It's best to not do a crazy deficit, you'll rebound afterwards and end up weighing more. I had done the same 175 lbs-153 in 2 months, lost quite a bit of muscle and rebounded the second I started eating to 190.

but will 2 months really be that bad? i had anorexia for around 6 months when i was 11/12 and i lost my period and had pain but my heart is still fine
 
seems realistically possible, tho id go for around 1000-1200 cals, depending on your daily activity
i walk around 6000 steps a day and i’m gonna start going to the gym 3-4 times a week

how are you getting a boob job at 17
16 actually, in my country u can get a boobjob at like 15 if u have parents permission and my mom allows it and encourages me to do so

Yeah I used to eat like 3k minimum calories so 1k and fasting most the time is a big difference. Good shit though I’ve got Reta coming so I don’t even need to try I’m also going to give my fat friend some for Christmas

if you’re gonna be working out too then 800 is definitely too little, and you don’t want to end up relapsing your ed. and for the chubby cheeks if you do strength training with some cardio and eat at maintenance or slightly below you can get to a lower bf% and thus leaner face without necessarily having to focus on the number on the scale or starve
