i’ve heard mixed opinions about starving, no matter how much i workout i can never lose any weight and i only gain muscle, im trying to get down to 150 by the end of the summer and i feel like i have to other route but to starve myself, i went onto other websites and people say that starving yourself doesn’t really actually work and others say it helps a lot, is it worth it?

a lot of weight loss depends on your food that you eat. 80% diet 20% exercise.
Are you on a caloric deficit? and are you tracking your calories and macros?

Also starving is dumb, coming from a person who recovered from a shitty ed. it just gives you health problems, especially cardiac issues. which i've experienced, not worth it.

don’t starve
it slows down your metabolism, leading you to gain more weight. from experience, starving causes you to consume more unhealthy foods.
i used to starve myself regularly and my mood was all over the place, the constant hunger made me very irritable and I ended going on binges late at night, only contributing to the guilt.
starving isn’t worth it just eat healthy and maintain a normal diet

??? Why the fuck do u want to lose muscle n***a you should NOT be losing any muscle u should lose fat, you could do a calorie deficit, I was 160lbs and now im 120-130 lbs just eat alot of protein depending on your body weight, reduce ur carbs carbs just give u energy its not something that necessary in my opinion im not saying to not eat carbs just reduce them and u r good g, starving is not such a good option u r going to lose alot of muscle in the process if u dont want muscle then starve
