u just weren't born with the bones like the models u compare urself all the time to.

you can't tell severely high sugar consumption wouldn't cause some degree of bloat and I have mentioned I don t have high expectations. And some really wow models don't even have crazy bones. It's not about that. I just want to try to do at least the bare minimum. And I don't plan to look like those models anyways.
