Is there any actual studies behind "good looks = more money"

So obviously if your a waiter or some counter job you'll make a bit more if you look better, models make a decent amount too, but if you look at the jobs with actually high earnings, like CEOs there doesn't seem to be any link between how they look and how much money they make, in silicon valley for example most the ppl are ugly AF so I'm interested in whether there's any real link between wealth and looks

theres only statistics on random people, but you can assume is that way.

good looking people have factually a higher chance of being accepted into higher paying jobs, even with worse qualifications then somone else.

Ppl can be jealous though and treat them worse based off their looks

More often than not it will never come down to that

Yeah ofc, I'm always giving a higher tip to the htb stripper than for the mtbs and ltbs.

I'm talking about actually making money bruh not getting 2% more as a stripper
Hey ! I'm very generous to the htb strippers ! I alone represent half their salary !

I kinda saw the link when I used to date a guy who went to institut le rosey (very very expensive swiss boarding school) him and his homies were at least 180cm. That's usually because the moms are models. So I think this whole thing is due that rich successful men are more likely to date model women, which are mostly over 170cm bc of industry standards, which gives taller kids with money. That's how I see it.

But now that I'm in the tech field I am taller than most guys, even successful ones who make money. I guess it matters in some specific fields too, I remember seeing a study about how men in Finance are generally taller than men in Tech.
