is there any difference between liquid hydrocortisone and a thicker one

i have two hydrocortisones, one is liquid and the other is a much thicker one. i’ve been using the thicker one for my nose but is there any difference?

they’re both 1%, i was using the one on bottom for my nose

They’re the same exact thing.
You should look into trimacinolone acetonide for stronger results.
