Is there any fix for being skinny but still having an awful submental area?

I’m skinny but my submental (neck area) is awful. My dad is 62 and has a perfect cervicomental area and great jawline.

I was fucked with hayfever as a kid so ended up mouth breathing and my orthodontist never identified my shitty jaws so I ended up with a really recessed mandible.

I don’t know how submental area is determined, but I think it’s caused me to have a low hyoid bone. When I jut my jaw (pic #2 like I believe I should look with proper development) my side profile looks normal. Even without jutting, if I stick my tongue out, I get a perfect cervicomental angle, so I’m pretty sure it is hyoid bone.

Is there any fix for this? I’ve tried doing submental fat exercises but after a week it makes my submental area look even worse so I stopped.

Any ideas?

you should get a genioplasty too if you are willing to get surgery
Realistically I can’t afford more than a single surgery, which would be the most effective? I’ve thought of rhinoplasty in the past but I think jaw area is more important.

Osteotomy or genio would help, but fixing the submental area with that hyoid lift seems like it would do the most?

if you are just wanting to "get rid" or raise the submental fat get a hyoid suspension
