Discussion Is there any surgery to shorten my midface?

From what I can tell I have a midface ratio of .73 and it’s what’s stopping me from ever coming close to Chad-lite is there anything I can do?

Maybe try to find ways to fraud smaller midface idk if that’s possible but that’s probably your only option

Probably lip lift to shorten philtrum which will also shorten your midface

But still if you have bad midface ratio i dont think theres much to do about it

there is also MIMS which makes an illusion, it doesnt change your bones but shifts soft tissue
maybe something for your lower third to be bigger could help like a genio
