implants are permanent so you're sorta biting a bullet there
fillers are good too but you'd have to get them every 6-12 months
fat grafting seems like the best option, none of the lip fat grafting ive seen turned out too uncanny, they seem to be quite conservative

if u wanna do it once and get it over with then implants obv, id prolly say fat grafting for most ppl tho

the best is lip lift but only by a really good doctor because of the scar. 2nd would be lip filler yea
