im a 32dd rn which sounds good but im short asf with a short torso and it makes me look way fatter than i am. it also makes regular clothes like croptops look 10x more slutty. im already on a p strong cal deficit and working out but i was wondering if there was literally anything else i could try before surgery

liposuction may be the safest to try beforehand

if that's a recent concern I would wait before doing surgery or anything permanent like that, I know it's a personal choice but if your goal is to be attractive to other people, bigger breasts tend to be a net positive rather than negative but you do you

Losing weight would be the only non surgical option
You can get Minimizer Bras which visually make your boobs look smaller
For a permanent option only breast reduction
And if you do go this route go a size smaller then your desired since thwy tend to grow back a bit

I have the same problem and I’ve completely ditched Bras with any sort of padding, and only use unpadded bra WITH under wire. It’s like wearing leggings on your chest and looks better than a sports bra. It makes them appear much smaller than a regular tee shirt bra, and they fall a lil more naturally. Don’t get the old lady ones, get the stretchy ones, like this. I’ve even considered getting a binder that trans ppl wear

Aw i hope you find the fix mama but i think non padded bras would work
