Make the jaw look stronger
Lengthen or shorten the face
Hide any assymetru
Increase dimorphism as u said
But I don’t think it can fraud bad cheek bones but it can be used to fraud hollow cheeks too yeah

just trim it then or go clean shaven when approaching younger women it comes down to preference but i think most guys look better with some facial hair at least a stubble
