Is this routine good for someone who has never lifted before and also has terrible posture?

i never did gym and my posture is trash i have a text neck and something like kyphosis too i think. my head also tilts down to the left how do i fix all this and is this routine good?


i did try monday but my left arm felt way more sore compared to my right one
