i’ve been thumb pulling for just about a month and i didn’t even take a before photo, so i can’t really tell if it’s made a difference. i just want to know if i should continue

The force applied by a human finger is nothing compared to the resistance of this bone. waste of time
i swear i heard somewhere that if your going through puberty the bone is weak and can be pulled apart slightly

doesn't matter where, anything that's going to change your pallet through teenage years would be marpe or a basic expander. you have to have actual consistent force to make a change
