is using hydrocortisone on your nose cope?

I'm seeing it everywhere, .org glazed it, but im only thing im seeing for research is that its a temporary removing of the redness on your nose

i have had reoccurring redness / spots on both sides of my nose, making it look fatter.

will this work? or is it only strictly temporarily fixed
