why are my mood stabilizers making my mood even worse, I'm not tryna to be edgy but these stupid meds make everything worse tbh.
they work for a little bit then everything gets worse. I keep taking them bc when they actually work for that short period of time i genuinely get rlly happy

I take it bc of mood swings, I'm not going to self diagnose but my doctor (and my old one) kept mentioning how I could be bi-polar esp with my situation. they cant diagnose me yet bc of my age
they tried at least like 3 mood stabilizers on me I think? I dnt rlly remember

I feel worse tbh, whenever my dad gives me my meds I'll hide them somewhere and see how my body reacts to that
