It is over! I have the physical condition of an obese lady!

Exact opposite for me. I’m can’t gain any weight…
 
Running is not beneficial, for leanmax or anything.

Debloat is cope for being too high body fat. If you don’t have visible abs, you’re not looking to debloat, your looking to drop fat.

Running isn’t worth the spike in hunger for such little calorie burn, there’s much better forms of cardio you can do.

It doesn't make me hungry...if anything the opposite

Also I must contradict you...bloating is a real thing for us girls, especially while eatinh processed foods like I do.
 
Try and start slow, and work on your running form and breathing
