I started taking a thing called pro plus which is just caffeine pills like a month ago and I drink alot of caffeine aswell, my concentration at uni is way better now and I don't feel like I'm about to fall asleep in the middle of class.

If you quit caffeine your adenosine receptors would go back to normal within a month and you'd find it easy to concentrate for free :AwOo:

Maybe true but I don't have a month of free time, caffiene is just a quick and easy solution tbh for me
