I did ts once and decided to have a cheat day the next day. I didn't know what refeed syndrome was

If you time everything right then yes. The whole your body starts burning protein thing is cope too
I mean yeah early signs of muscular atrophy will not happens in 1 day. My only "concern" would be just a decrease of performances at the gym
 
ive never fasted in my whole life and still am skinny and workout daily just try moving ur body instead of starving now thats lazy
