If you want to ascend via jaw surgery you need these things,

1. Wide gonions there’s really only some ways to get them if you don’t have them your a little bit doomed since a lot of implant results aren’t great.

2. Bad recession you shouldn’t get Bimax if you have mild recession instead opt for a Genioplasty.

3. Short face syndrome if you get a downgraft you will greatly ascend.

4. Bite issue In most cases such as overbites you will see great improvement to side and front. If severe enough 9+mm of reccesion.

My maxilla is retruded he wants to give me braces and implants first though to fix my bite. My bite is really bad though I cant even eat properly
