Hey guys, got my scans today for the bimax and genio, what do you guys think? Upturned nose so am not sure whether i should get a CCW, how many mm do you think I could get? Big nose and brow ridge so I think I could get away with a decent amount of projection and it wouldnt look uncanny. Thanks in advance210591104_283927890191015_8817145471734370404_n.jpg

What are your concerns? Honestly your profile looks fine to me.

@Rkelly thoughts?

I feel my profile is not harmonious and the nose and brow ridge overpowers the jaw significantly. I will have to get the jaw surgery anyways for the troubles the assymetry was causing me. So I thought that I may as well get the most out of this surgery aesthetically.

Tbh I could see you benefiting from a more projected chin, but you already have a deep mentolabial fold which would become deeper with a regular genioplasty, so you need to work around it (alternative chin osteotomies, grafting, etc.).
Your mouth area already looks protruding, although after examining closely your submental area it seems like your submental length is on the short side, so I can understand why you feel like you need bimaxillary advancement.

Also I got a feeling that your gonial angle might be high, but it is hard to tell from your ceph.

The only major red flag I caught at first glance was the gonial angle. He has decent projection so I’m guessing the body of his mandible is fine… should look into jaw angle implants / anything to lengthen his ramus.

Thanks guys, I might not get much advancement with the bimax then, do you think advancement would be detrimental to my profile? I'll be getting the surgery anyways for the assymetry so you think I should just correct that and not get too much advancement?
