Jk (not really) but if youre gonna stay natty then you should focus on high protein
Meats have the highest amounts of high quality protein
Chicken is cheap and cost effective
Eat carbs before the gym
Thats all i got for ya

What diet should I have and which foods have the most protein?
Get your carbs from potatoes and fruits, eat fermented vegatables and cook/eat in animal fat.
For protein, eggs, chicken, beef, tuna, sardines and milk derivated products (cheese, yogurts, protein powder, whole cream, kefir etc) are the highest ones in protein. You can also try beans if you like it
