Alright. Its as easy as this. Get a cord(like a phone charger), stick it behind both your molars so the cord is above the tongue. then clench your teeth and pull. if you have braces this will work even better.
I’m thinking about a way need to attach it to something above so i dont have to pull.
You can wrap the ends of the cords around your hand like boxing gloves for more power and pull up to impact the maxilla.
