Experience Just shoved the final 3 mono screw PDO threads into my nose

These are the last threads for a while.meaning that for the past weeks I’ve been slowly inserting more and more threads but these were the final use. I used 30g x 50mm,my mom was next to me in case shit happened but most likely nothing would happen anyways. It was a huge success I did that shit in less than 10 minutes which is PR. I kinda want to do chin and especially vermillion border for a final but both hurt more than nose. @hannah

i still wanna do the mono screws in my alars so bad, very tempting but i saw some videos of the procedure where they skip that step, so i suppose its not necessary

It was never necessary,and mono screws add volume so I was very confused on my why they would do this.

ill probably combine the cat whisker w the nasal bridge lift and a few mono screws in the bridge to top it off, should be enough
