kind of stupid question ab volufiline

if im actively losing weight is the volufiline gonna be canceled out even if i consistently apply it every day

and like hypothetically if i use volufiline on my lower eyelid closer to my eye and a lash serum that causes orbital fat loss on the upper eyelid could i perchance give myself double eyelids

i have a good lash serum rn without prostaglandins and grande lash which i originally bought js because i wanted to dissolve some of my eyelid fat but it ended up working rly badly and now my eyelid skin is thinning and irritated
