Lazymaxxed gym routine

No just do leg extensions and hip thrust at the end of the workout. My hamstrings are massive and my glutes are plump! anyways
if ur not doing 300kg on leg press u will never have big quads
 
Time to get tren then probably 🙄 but I think that won't work also, Ozempic is so draining its crazy
Yeah lose weight first till you roid, you need to pin intramuscular (into the muscle) with steroids which will be difficult at a bigger weight

Stay on ozempic for now till you reach somewhere like 20% bf then you can start using

I'm pinning test e already it's not as hard I do it into my shoulders though I've low test naturally because I've Hypogandism

Then you can pin tren, still wouldn’t recommend it just yet because of the blood pressure being exacerbated at higher bf%, still wait till you reach somewhere leaner

I was joking anyway I'm too scared of tren cuz my friends liver failed from using it, test is enough imo
 
Upper body 2x a week and that’s it and use steroids

That’s what I will do if I start the gym again
Full body is ideal, focusing on compounds movements, adding supersets (doesn't hurt or muh ruining gains) and few isolations exercises. Intensity, frequency, reaching failure...

The hardest exercise you can do is 4 sets of talking to women
