I’ve been skinnymaxxing from 76kg (~23%bf) down to 71kg (~19%) and my aim is to get down to about 12-15% which would require at most 67kg.
My lean mass is estimated to be about 57kg which for a 5’9 man is probably slightly chopped, I do strength training but in an aggressive deficit I’m not hitting my protein goals so inevitably losing muscle. (I’m on reta btw.)
yes my biceps now look like shrimp dihhs hanging from my shoulders but the facial angularity is insane.
