I'm trying to get lean by doing a 500 Cal run on the treadmill + a Mike Mentzer style workout 3-5 times a week. I cant get peptide injections since it is illegal in my country. i dont know if its better if i upper my Cal run scale to 750-1000 or if it should remain the same. Im also on a strict diet 500-1500 cal with healthy foods only.
i see a difference but i want to leanmax ascend faster. do any of yall have any tips?

make sure you’re getting quality sleep, recovery is just as important as working out

500 calories deficit is perfect but a small aggressive cut is fine just don’t overdo it or you’ll mess up your hormones

Eat a clean high protein diet, train smart not hard. Unnecessary muscle damage is only making it worse

if you need help choosing a split or exercise selection I can help you

Is doing a 6-8 reps/failure sets best or 12-15 reps best?
