I'm trying to get lean by doing a 500 Cal run on the treadmill + a Mike Mentzer style workout 3-5 times a week. I cant get peptide injections since it is illegal in my country. i dont know if its better if i upper my Cal run scale to 750-1000 or if it should remain the same. Im also on a strict diet 500-1500 cal with healthy foods only.
