Im getting mandible advacment but that's due to having a problem if you want to get a major surgery with aesthic not function expect to be paying hefty fines if you find someone to take the case.

Yea I talked to the ortho. He told me it’s probably significantly better for me to get a bimax with a downgraft to to make my face less wide in proportion, cause the reason why my facial width looks super wide is cause of my underdeveloped lower third, and camera distortion
