I had lightened hair when I was a kid and now it's very dark. I never thought too much about it but now I think having it clear could help to combine my brown eyes better
Is there a way to have my hair lightened like when I was a kid?

yes sorry it took me so long to reply, i was trying to remember the name of this supplement
its NAG; N-acetyl glucosamine
take it orally, eventually your hair will lighten, your eyes only a tiny bit (your melanin is mostly constant throughout life except when child and elder)
get a safe brand
N-acetyl glucosamine (NAG) can reduce melanin production and may cause hair to depigment:
Inhibits tyrosinase
  • NAG prevents the conversion of inactive pro-tyrosinase to active tyrosinase, an enzyme that produces melanin.

Okay, you know the dose or it says in the product?
Also is there a better way to consume it? With empty stomach, after eating, or something?

3 grams daily maximum
0.5 grams daily minimum
ideal is 1.5-3g for fast results
lower dose if u feel sick
take it with food
