Does hydrogen peroxide lighten your facial hair from the roots?

I heard that applying hydrogen peroxide can lighten your facial hair over time. For those have dark facial hair it makes you have no stubble shadow at all when you're clean shaven.
Has anyone tried doing this?
 
Not a chance in hell. Just an antiseptic that will bleach ur shit temporarily and clog your pores
