Yeah lip plumper's are good

Though the best method's going to be brush your lips, rub some water into the exfoliated skin, and apply Vaseline; this will "plump" them, introduce moisture, and then lock the moisture in. Derma rolling in the morning & before bed will provide a minuscule improvement but you shouldn't buy them just for lips
