i mean this in the kindest way possible but you look like you dont take care of yourself
hop on isotret and work out or something
Recommending isotret to a 13 yo is very risky. Instead of criticizing so harshly, referring them to a dermatologist would suffice

??? oh no I didn't wanna come across as mean! Im just trying to say she doesn't have great health indicators hence i encouraged her to exercise and take care of herself. also isotretinoin is demonized for no reason, all of those side effects like "stunted growth" or whatever is literally all coming from people who overdosed. 20mg accutane with vitamin A capsules should be perfect to safely clear her skin. she'll prolly just get really dry skin but i'd say thats pretty tolerable. im only advising from my own personal experience with accutane.

if she cant tolerate it then i'd advise she switch to topical tretinoin. i just dont want her to waste her time and money on stuff like cerave or cetaphil

I didn't say you seemed rude, I just wanted to point out that your recommendation of isotret is very risky for a 13 yo child. I understand your intentions are good, but personal experiences don't yield the same results in every individual, especially in a developing child. The safest approach is for a dermatologist to manage this process
