- hello
You may be seeing some incredible looksmaxxing transformations on social media. Well, I've figured out some stuff about this over months of research. Here's a summary:
-Puberty: The teens that looksmaxx likely see the best results because they are going through puberty, allowing the face (facial bone structure) to drastically change over months to years.
-Body fat percentage: Some people decide to drop down to low body fat percentages (sub 10%), giving their faces a sharper and lean look (some even obtaining hollow cheeks, some not because of their bad bone structure), which I do not suggest if you are going through puberty (can mess up with hormones and reduces testosterone).
-Debloating: Debloating, having 3L of water, high potassium intake, and no processed food can help. But dropping body fat percentage is what causes a much bigger change, as said before.
-Surgery: Adult looksmaxxers might even go through surgery and claim they didn't, possibly like 'nocturnalkent', who looks suspiciously uncanny.
-Facial muscle training: You may also see the typical widening of a person's face during a looksmaxxing transformation, simply because they trained their masseters/jawline. Along with this, it's also possible to train other areas of the face like the cheeks (the cheeks can be trained to be held upwards subconsiously + have more muscle mass, giving the person a sharper eye area, so like a slight squint).
-Height: Also for the people that suggest they grew a large amount in a year, it's likely due to puberty (possible late bloomers) or they are just frauding for likes and views. I don't believe in external methods that people suggest to increase height because: 20% of a person's height is the environment they grew up in (sleep, nutrition, exercise, posture), 80% is due to genetics. For e.g, a 5ft4 adult (who managed 5-10% of the 20%) with a dad (5ft7) and a mum (5ft3), may have ended up being 5ft6-5ft7 if they entirely maximised that 20%.
-Lighting + facial expression: Finally, these influencers learn about lighting tricks and learn to hold amazing facial expressions on camera (typically involves clenching the jaw to give the skin a more elastic look, lifting the cheeks and slightly squinting for a sharper eye area)
If I'm wrong correct me, and if I'm missing anything please tell me. Thanks.
