The person so came up with modern low carb diets was probably just one of the first foids who coped with anything in weight loss but just calories. Thyroid mogged,performance mogged and heightmogged completely by a high carb diet. Only consume carbs in decent amounts from fruits,eat potatoes if your working out rly hard other than it useless energy that makes you fat
The amount of carbs dont matter it’s how much calories you exceed. You gain more on low carb but in surplus but maintence on high carb,water but carbs dont make you fat. Fact is the carbohydrate increases leptin calorie per calorie better than fat or protein so it will keep you full longer.

And fructose cant be avoided,sucrose contains of 50% fructose it’s just bound with the glucose molecule and gets breaker into 2 during digestion. Carb metabolism is only toxic in excessive amount,if you exceed your simple blood glucose needs,glycogen storage in liver and muscle the AGEs will be more pronounced.

Wait pretty good knowledge actually I never said 0 carbs just some fruits in the summer

Anyways meat and milk have very small amount of glucose and lactose so does blood if you eat a raw primal diet
