so ive been working on improving my face definition but im stuck on one thing. I don’t really wanna lose any fat overall cuz im already pretty lean
The thing is i still got some stubborn fat in the lower part of my face (under the cheeks / jaw area) and I feel like if that went away a bit my upper cheeks would stand out more and my jawline would look way sharper. im not trying to just get skinnier i want that clean and defined look.
Right now im doing
-3 liters of water daily
-cardio
-face exercise (not sure if it really works??)
But cardio makes me lose fat everywhere and I really don’t wanna lose volume in the upper cheeks thats actually what I wanna keep
Is there any way to target lower face fat or somehow lift it?
Any tips would help. Just trying to be smart about it, not end up looking flat or tired.
