Im honestly so surprised most people dont know about lucid dreaming or know about it and dont use it. Ive been doing it for the past few months and it feels like real life and sometimes even more real. Imagine being able to do anything you want, eat whatever, fly, get with anyone you want and it feels real. Im still trying to perfect it and become omnilucid hopefully but this is by far the best cope available, like even if my real life is trash at least i could be happy in my dreams. This is the ultimate cope, not sure why more people dont do it.

Skull issue kinda a tuff name

Everyone knows about it tbh it's just incredibly hard and exhausting to get good at
My control is shit and I've been lucid dreaming for years on and off

how do you even do it intentionally? i think i've only ever done it twice and even when i realise i'm in a dream i usually wake up

To hard to do plus what's even the point just sleep

I can never do it intentionally it just happens sometimes. As a kid it was easier

There’s a few different methods. Usually if u go to bed super late like 3 in the morning it’s easier to lucid dream then, and apparently eating apples helps

yeah whenever i wake up in sleep paralysis i induce lucid dreaming
