you should just grow out your eyebrows since you have really prominent eyes, idk much about contour but probably look for one for rounder faces

you need to fill in your brows so they look fuller if they're that sparse naturally, otherwise grow them out and put tinted eyebrow gel on them idk

Something like this would help with contour but use a cream and then powder to lock it in, I dont do makeup alot anymore but when I used to I would use eyeshadow for powder contour and any cool toned cream contour I could find in a good shade

For eyebrows do not thin them just shape them, you can probably find some vids on YouTube
