I think submalar implants are really bad but malar shell implants would look quite good on my skull. I am aware I have some zygomatic + mandibular asymmetry. Not looking for advice on any other craniofacial aspects at this moment

malar implants look more natural
there's a chance that submalar implants make your asymmetry worse
malar shell implants will make your cheeks look better aswell so go with that ig
