Here is my argument for why you need Genioplasty, despite thinking your chin is good enough.

If you responded to every ethnic asking for advice by saying "Get genio and rhinoplasty", and every non ethnic asking for advice with "Softmax + get genioplasty" it would probably be spot on 9 times /10 and would ascend them a tier.

Thoughts?

I don't know why but I notice that genioplasty works much better for ethnics than whites, blacks and east asians.

I do not personally consider east asians and blacks to be "ethnic", but I know most people do.
Kind of a new phenomenon, I remember in 2023 East Asians, Whites and Blacks were not under the "Ethnic" term in PSL
