After thinking for a long time, I came to the conclusion that a Lefort 1 is not avoidable for me as my maxilla is 3.2mm recessed. Did anyone here get a Lefort or anything like this ? So the plan is I will get Marpe (4mm) in January 2026 and I will get a Lefort 1 at the end of the year (3.2mm forward projection). Not sure how my family will react to this. I’m also not sure if this makes me less attractive as a man as men are not supposed to get surgeries like that to look better, and how this will affect my dating life as I am not an ugly person as I am right now without any modifications. Does anyone have any experience of this kind ?
