Is a well trained and defined masseter muscle a looksmax? I personally think it just looks uncanny. Do women find this attractive?

Masseter muscles play a role in balancing your face, if u have a rounder/narrower face, training them a bit can help make your face shape look more square. But masseters that are too big/uncanny are ugly and ogreish, people get masseter hypertrophy in those cases
 
Only if you have outward gonions and you don't over hypertrophy them
 
yh it’s hard to overgrow tbem
they also shape the skull
