What causes this? My chin to philtrum ratio is like 3.2:x and ideal is 2.05 to 2.55. My lower third dominates my face. Assuming this is the result of downgrowth too which makes sense. However, the deep labiomental fold is usually associated with chins short in the vertical dimension, whereas clearly my chin is too tall vertically.

Would this point to a soft tissue issue and maybe a high mentalis muscle insertion, best treated with botox and filler?

Yeah I am aware the ratio is cooked. At least my midface is compact

JFL when people tell me to get genio because they thought my chin was "too short"

@over0 the most knowledgable user I know, thoughts?

Muscle insertion probably idk botox might be risky cause of location

This is a better problem to have than long philtrum right?

Anything to cope 🙏
