so I mentioned before how it's easy for me to lose weight so losing body fat wouldn't be a problem

I LIED !! (unintentionally)
would prefer female advice since this does involve my body but all advice / tips r appreciated

just because a number on a scale changes doesn't mean my body did so guys pretty please what are good exercises for the abdominal area I don't wanna look like a box (again) keep in mind I've been pretty depressed so I did gain a little bit I used to look better before.
oh face bloating has been horrible too (seen in my rating thread)

You're still a kid no need to lose weight and get into a caloric deficit or else you can perturb your hormonal and skeletal development if you're malnourished.

Caloric deficit + Stepmaster + Basic crunches, leg raises and vacuum planks.

But if you don't want to look like a "box", lower body will needs to be trained

Then don't do caloric deficits. Eat a lot but not slops. Just meat, potatoes, yogurts, fish, fruits for example

But you can still train and add bodyweight squats. As you'll grow older you'll have strength and conditionning to going to the gym and lift heavier weights

im in the 13-17 age range, ik some girls stop puberty later than others so I cant really comment on that
No caloric deficit, get all your nutrients properly and eat in your maintenance and if you want to train your abdominals Tony just gave you great exercises to do.
