Chicken is healthy meat but contains antibiotics and are mostly corn fed. Free range chickens have natural diet but they are expensive

Goat meat has lots of saturated fats and heme iron, bad for heart even if it is grass fed. Beef and pork are still unhealthy inspite of being grass fed but better than corn fed.

Eggs of caged corn fed chickens have more inflammatory linoleic acid.

The meat we ate in ancient times was much better

It's not high cholesterol, It's saturated fats which is harmful.

Healthiest way to eat red meat is slow cooked, grass fed and lean. Still that shouldn't be more than 800gm a month because you still get heme iron

We have riverine and pond fishes which have lots of bones. They taste good due to high fat content.

But still we should keep mercury levels in mind. And farmed fish is worst. Wild caught fish is better.

Fish is my most favorite meat. The only fish I can eat are riverine and pond fishes. I cannot eat sea fishes as I don't live in coastline.

I hate warm and sultry but also love fish. I am so ironical person. Fish is a common meat in tropical areas, the climate I despise.

The cool and temperate areas are always landlocked where I cannot even find fish
