Eating meat is of no use as long as it is not organic or grass fed.
Fish is healthy but it contains mercury. Eat no more than twice a week.
Chicken is healthy meat but contains antibiotics and are mostly corn fed. Free range chickens have natural diet but they are expensive
Goat meat has lots of saturated fats and heme iron, bad for heart even if it is grass fed. Beef and pork are still unhealthy inspite of being grass fed but better than corn fed.
Eggs of caged corn fed chickens have more inflammatory linoleic acid.
The meat we ate in ancient times was much better
